Waiver of Liability: I agree to participate in the above-stated project sponsored by Habitat for Humanity of South Hampton Roads, Inc. (Habitat SHR). I understand that my participation in this project is as a volunteer, and that I will be working with other volunteers. I will not be working as an employee of Habitat SHR. I recognize that this activity involves risk of injury. I accept that risk and hereby agree to waive, release and hold harmless Habitat SHR and other volunteers working on this project from any claim, for negligence, resulting in property damage or personal injury to me, arising out of my participation in this project. I further understand that this agreement will not bar any claim I may have against anyone for any intentional, willful or wanton misconduct, which results in bodily injury or property damage to me.
