We’ve finally been able to start on the promised second bathroom at our Border Court home. A part of the home buyers purchase agreement stated that we would to build an ADA bathroom for her son who was wheelchair bound and had serious health issues. Sadly soon after we finally got permission from city zoning to encroach on the set backs, her son passed away. We’re still fulfilling the promised second bathroom, it’s just not handicapped accessible now. Our Red Hats and a couple of public volunteers have been helping build that bathroom this week. It’s a true labor of love for the home owner.
