We're very excited to get started on the demo of the existing structure on Cedar Street in Suffolk. Though it's sad the home had to be condemned when I massive Pecan tree fell on top of it, the family that originally owned the property decided to donate the land to Habitat SHR to benefit a low-income family who will soon make this lot their home.
We will be breaking ground on the new construction later this year, so keep an eye out for the progress!!
