This Week in Construction: Seaboard Ave Sept 16, 2020

Our Red Hats have been hard at work on our build on Seaboard in Historic South Norfolk of Chesapeake. They've been hanging the windows and working on the siding over the past couple of weeks.

This week Home Builders Institute students along with their instructor, John Musey, helped set the upstairs bathtub with the Red Hats. It was a big endeavor but with the direction of Red Hat, Alan Groffman, they were finally able to maneuvered it into place. Everyone deserved a break after that. They all then got back to work on the siding though.

The trades will be starting the rough in work this week and next. Before you know it there will be walls up, and then cabinets in the kitchen and trim and paint...
