This Week in Construction: Sangaree Circle

We have been working on the rehab at 1445 Sangaree Circle in Virginia Beach as our side project since last summer, and have been wrapping up the final punch list this past week. Unfortunately, we do not have the a family able to purchase this home in our current class of Partner Families, all of whom qualify for more bedrooms than this beautiful townhome in the heart of the Kempsville neighborhood has to offer. Sangaree Circle is the perfect location for a family looking for a nice quiet place to raise their two children.
