A lot of work has been going on at our build on S. Broad Street in downtown Suffolk the past couple of weeks. Students from Home Builders Institute have been learning framing alongside our awesome construction director. They have been working hard on getting the framing up on the one story, three bedroom, two bath home.
This week the roof started to go up and future home buyer Tamesha was on hand to help pull the trusses so they can be set. Tamesha has been working hard to earn her 200 sweat equity hours towards the purchase of her home. She was even out there in the rain! Way to go Tamesha!
