At Marcus Street, we are coming down to the finish line. We had the sheet vinyl and carpet installed. Our plumbing and HVAC sub-contractors have passed their final
inspections.
Our sponsors, the First Settlers Region Porsche Club came out for their last sponsored build and did landscaping and hung the blinds they donated. We started to build a shed and all that's left to do is touch up paint, cleaning, and crawl space insulation. Once our electricians get their final inspections and Dominion Energy puts in power, we can get our final inspection and the Certificate of Occupancy.
