Home Buyer Application
If you are interested in applying, and meet our qualifications, please click on the icon below to complete an application for our Homebuyer Program.
There is a $25 application fee for a single applicant, or a $35 fee if you have a co-applicant.
You can choose to pay using ACH bank transfer (you will need your bank's routing number and your bank account number) or PayPal to use a credit card. Click on the links below the link to the application to be taken to these fee processing services.
Once you have completed the application and paid your application fee you will need to email readable,
PDF copies of the following documents to familyservices@shrhabitat.org:

Your paystubs for the last 60 days for applicant and co-applicant

Evidence of other monthly income for the household (SSI, child support, etc.)

Your current rental lease and any related housing voucher
Please note: We will not process your application until we have received payment of the application fee and copies of the above listed documents.
