Contractor Bidding

We Need Your Help!

We are looking for bids or donated services from the following contractors:

  • Tree Removal/Lot Clearing

  • Foundation

  • Masonry/Block work

  • Roof Truss Framing

  • Roofing

  • Mechanical

  • Electrical

  • Plumbing

  • Insulation

  • Wallboard and plaster

  • Flooring

  • Pest Control

  • Landscaping​ Material

For information about bidding or donating on sub-contracted work on our new construction or rehab projects, contact construction@shrhabitat.org. You must have a class B or better contractor’s license, licenses to work in the cities we build in, and proof of liability and workman’s comp insurance.

We build in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk.

Our next projects will be located in the southern part of Suffolk.
